Pennsylvania is the birthplace of rye whiskey, and we set out to honor that legacy. Our recipe is 100% rye, crafted from raw heirloom rye and freshly malted rye. The raw grain delivers bold spice, while the malted rye reveals delicate notes of strawberry and cherry.

Distilled one batch at a time in our beautiful copper pot still, this whiskey was aged for over a decade in a premium 53g, toasted and charred American oak barrels, right here in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
